Making the decision to sell your home can be a very emotional experience. From the excitement you feel when you first make the decision, to feeling overwhelmed because of repairs and paperwork, I will be there to help you through each step.  I can help coordinate cleanings, home staging, and photographers, as well as recommend someone who can help make repairs.

After an on site meeting and some market research, we will make a plan to sell your home, and I will help you get your house market ready. I will list your home on MLS, as well as create a website for your house, which will include a lot of pictures that display the uniqueness of your home.

Once it is listed, I will coordinate open houses, showings, and help negotiate with a buyer to get your house under contract.  After we have a signed contract, I will help walk you through the closing process.

At the end of the day though, my job is to help you get the most money for your home!
